Lukasz Brodowski graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow with a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering. He also studied International Business at Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland (scholarship program). Currently, he is completing an MBA specializing in Finance from Kozminski Executive Business School in Warsaw.
Mr. Brodowski has comprehensive oil and gas experience in the areas of engineering, capital investments, strategy and project portfolio management.
In 2009-2010 he worked in Polish Oil and Gas Capital Group where he was responsible for investments in gas storages, gas pipelines and facilities. In 2010, Mr. Brodowski joined the oil and gas service provider Halliburton. Mr. Brodowski spent a number of months in USA and later worked in engineering department in different countries in Continental Europe, mainly Poland, Germany and Italy. In 2013, Mr. Brodowski joined ORLEN Upstream where he worked in engineering and later strategy and project portfolio management departments. Mr. Brodowski last role in ORLEN Upstream was a Director in the Strategy and Project Portfolio Management Division where he was responsible for planning and monitoring the execution of the company’s strategy, capital projects evaluation and ensuring alignment between the individual investments and overall business strategy. Before joining ORLEN Upstream Canada as a CEO Mr. Brodowski had also been a Member of ORLEN Upstream Canada Board of Directors.
Mr. Brodowski is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and has completed trainings in risk management, oil and gas engineering, data analytics, QHSE auditing, project, program and portfolio management.
