PKN ORLEN announces that its acquisition of Kicking Horse Energy, through its subsidiary ORLEN Upstream Canada, pursuant to an arrangement in Canada has received Kicking Horse Energy securityholder approval (with over 99% of securityholders voting in favour of the transaction) as well as the approval of the Court of Queen’s Bench of Alberta. The transaction is expected to be completed on December 1, 2015.
