Mr. Brodowski graduated from the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow with a Master of Science in Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Petroleum Engineering. He also studied International Business at Karelia University of Applied Sciences in Finland (scholarship program) and completed an MBA degree specializing in Finance at Kozminski Executive Business School in Warsaw.

Malgorzata Guzinska-Blonska

Chief Financial Officer

Mrs. Guzinska-Blonska's professional career is connected with finance and reporting.
After achieving her Master's Degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk, Mrs. Guzinska-Blonska has been an active auditor for over 18 years. She started working in one of the four biggest companies in this field. Then she joined a German company. Her last position was Associated Partner and she was responsible for operations in the Gdansk office.

Mr. Cawston is a Professional Engineer with over 29 years of experience in the oil and gas industry. Previously Mr. Cawston was VP Engineering at two junior Canadian oil and gas companies (Seeker Petroleum and Kelso Energy) as well as a Corporate Operating Officer at Paramount Resources Limited, a large Canadian oil and gas company at the time. more
