Mrs. Guzinska-Blonska's professional career is connected with finance and reporting.

After achieving her Master's Degree from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Gdansk, Mrs. Guzinska-Blonska has been an active auditor for over 18 years. She started working in one of the four biggest companies in this field. Then she joined a German company. Her last position was Associated Partner and she was responsible for operations in the Gdansk office.

During that time, Malgorzata became a Fellow Member of Association of Charted Certified Accountants and a Polish Certified Auditor. She was working with companies which had different types of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles including US-GAAP, German GAAP and International Financial Reporting Standards as well as Polish GAAP. For years she was responsible for audits of different companies including a company listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange.

Recently for 1.5 years she was mainly responsible for preparation of the consolidated statements of one of the main companies in the field of energy in Poland - Energa SA. She was also Deputy Director of the Financial Department in that company as well as a Member of the Management Board of Energa Finance AB. Later Mrs. Guzinska-Blonska served on the ORLEN Upstream Canada Ltd. Board of Directors from April 2019 until her appointment to the company's Chief Financial Officer.
